Solution Architect - CLOUD

Key Responsibilities:

• Presales: Prepare & Demonstrate software capability and solution presentation.

• Proposal Delivery / Supporting large scale tender / RFP.

• Solution & Architecture Design, Configuration, Development, Testing & Deployment for Solution Architect

• Basic Project Management of small Cloud projects to ensure successful delivery as acting PM.

• Presales: Able to capture customer’s pain points and recommend appropriate solution.

• Presales: Prepare solution demonstration to the customer.

• Presales: Prepare effort estimates, proposal and Statement of Work.

• Delivery: Execute all Project stages independently or minimal assistance.

• Delivery: Recommend the right solution to the customer within the capabilities of the Cloud platform.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• To achieve proficiency (Certifications) in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud rapidly is a mandatory

• Technical and professional writing skill is mandatory for responding RFP, Tenders and daily communication with the customers or prospects

• Good analytical skills and exposures to requirement management working directly with external customers.

• Experience in Cloud Solution, Design and Implementation highly preferred.
• Good Design, solution implementation skills in Cloud and applications. Knowledge of Java/.NET integration with Salesforce.com integration solutions is a plus.

• Strong SQL and working experience in Enterprise Relational Database will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge in basic system administrations for Windows and UNIX/LINUX will be added advantage.

• Strong communications skills, good attitude, ability to interact comfortably with both business users and technical team are mandatory.

• Basic Project Management skills are essential to manage scope, cost, timeline & Quality.

• Understanding data security concept is essential

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor Degree of Computer Science or Engineering or equivalence.

• At least 6 cumulative years of Presales and Delivery experience in ISV, Product Principal, and System Integrator business.

• Presales: Minimum 3 cumulative years of client-facing experience including Requirement Discovery; developing Proof of Concepts; project effort sizing; driving of Tender/RFP bid management; solution presentation to achieve project awards.

• Delivery: Minimum 3 yrs of project presales and implementation experience. Preferrably in Salesforce.com (SFDC).

• Experience managing a development team in medium to large size projects is a plus.

• Experience in API and Web Services integration is essential.
