Solution Architect-IP Career Opportunity

For one of our global telecom client, we are looking for a Solution Architect-IP (Permanent & Contract) for their Singapore operations.

Responsibilities:

• High level and Low Level design of solutions and scaling of IP networks

• Plan and perform tests on IP networks

• Performing customer audits onsite for IP network

• Development of Integration Services which are used for validating end to end IP solutions

• Help build a model that will be representative model of a customer IP network which facilitate the test and validation

• Verify the solution meets the customer requirements: define the test strategy and test book, perform tests and operate network analyzers and traffic/load generators as required for functional and non function testing of IP network

• To act in the capacity of a mentor and to pass knowledge to colleagues in IP domain
• Define the test strategy in an end-2-end environment. Use case driven, centralized around end to end KPI's ( Key Performance indicators ) and KQI's ( Key Quality indicators ) for IP domain

• Configuration, commissioning and testing of new IP services

• Handle technical issues and support on-site implementation activities.

• Coordinate and control on-site implementation activities (commissioning, integration).

• Provide a conceptual design of a customer solution based on customer requirements

• Report and register faults and issues

• Manage and implement key strategic network system projects with internal and external resources.

• Undertake other general duties as directed by the National/Regional Project Manager, Technical Director, or technical team leader.

Expertise & Skills

• 8+ years of industry experience

• IP/MPLS skills – Industry qualifications beneficial (SRA, JNCIE, CCNP/CCIE)

• VoIP/Mobile experience (2G/3G/LTE/VoIP) required for wireless

• System Administration Skills

• Strong System Administration skills (Unix, Solaris)

• Solution and customer oriented customer facing skills

• Autonomous and result driven

• Accountable

• Dynamic

• Good communication skills

• Willing to learn new technologies
